OUR RETURN POLICY
Please note we do not accept returns, exchange only. You have 14 days from the items being received. Any orders after this period cannot be changed. Please ensure all products are returned unworn and with tags attached.
This policy applies to UK and International orders. Please note the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges will not be processed if the order details are not provided inside the package on return.

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. We offer a 14 day exchange for unwanted items. Your item must be in the original packaging with the original labels and stickers.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All UK items are sent Royal Mail signed for, please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive, if this time has passed you can use the tracking number provided to check if there has been an attempted delivery and your order may be at the local sorting office, if there is no update it means your order is still in transit.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We send out all items via Royal Mail Second class signed for, approximately 2-4 working days, all orders are timed to be sent within 48 hours of the order being placed.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Yes. We do provide International delivery, all items are sent Royal Mail International Tracked Ranges between 5-7 working days, 6-9 depending on the country.
We do not store credit card details.
